My total cost per year is 10 bucks for domain name registration. My pictures are hosted on Picasa for free. They upped the limit by sharing the total space with your e-mail limit, from what I heard. I can put whatever I want on my blog as well. Of course, I'm always looking for something better, but so far Blogger has served its purpose well enough.
