		<description>Well, I&#039;m sure this is already on your list because it&#039;s one of the most obvious, but I use Blogger.  My total cost per year is 10 bucks for domain name registration.  My pictures are hosted on Picasa for free.  They upped the limit by sharing the total space with your e-mail limit, from what I heard.  I can put whatever I want on my blog as well.  
  
Of course, I&#039;m always looking for something better, but so far Blogger has served its purpose well enough.  Oh, and on a side note, it works well with Windows Live Writer. </description>
